A: THC-Infused Cocktails are a great alcohol free alternative! With flavors based off of our favorite real cocktails they are a great way to have fun and relax with friends. Each cocktail contains 5 - 10mg (as shown on packaging) of Delta 9 THC. Sip at your own speed for a controllable high.

Q: Are THC-Infused Cocktails legal to purchase and consume?

A: Yes. Delta 9 THC comes from cannabis plants legal under The Farm Bill of 2018. This bill established that hemp is federally legal as long as THC levels are below 0.3%. Measured by dried plant weight, in volume. In accordance with Minnesota law, our cocktails contain 5mg or .005 grams of Delta 9 THC per cocktail, and one package does not exceed 50mg, well below the legal limit.

Q: How should I store my THC-Infused Cocktails to keep them fresh?

A: We recommend storing your cocktails in the fridge after receiving them. Always keep them out of reach of children and pets.
